What happens once I apply?

Once you have applied one of the IAMWOMAN team will be in touch.
If your application is selected you will be sent the information to book in a 15 minute call with Abergale. This is about trusting your intuition and letting your senses guide you. If you feel the calling in your heart to join Abergale, she invites you to trust in that knowing.

What can I expect at this immersion?

A beautiful,nourishing opportunity to be amongst other embodied and visionary women. After facilitating and attending numerous retreats all over the world Abergale is passionate about creating an intimate space that honours the fullness of what it means to be a woman. This experience will be deeply restorative, it’s about embracing naturalness and amplifying our sensitivity, intuition & pleasure.

Is it private or shared accommodation?

There will be 3 or 4 women per room. There will be no private rooms for this particular experience as the intention is to create an intimate and cosy experience for women to really connect and rest into the safety of sisterhood.

How do I get to the location?

Aquila Retreat is located in Buderim in the Sunshine coast just 11 minutes from the Sunshine Coast Airport. You can also drive to the property, there is plenty of onsite secure parking available.

I have dietary preferences, what are the options?

There will be a selection of Vegan,Vegetarian, Gluten free and dairy free options provided during the retreat. If you have any allergies or specific dietary requests please let our team know.
